Suites are rented on a weekly basis in season.
One night deposit required when making daily reservations.
Deposit of half of the total room charges required for weekly rentals and specials packages.
 
For weekly reservations we require half of the total room charges for deposit. We require at least 30 days notice in writing, by mail, email or fax, to cancel and receive a refund minus a $50 service charge. also, to change date, we require at least 7 days notice and that too is a $50 service charge.
 
For daily reservations we require one night room rate for deposit. We require at least 7 days notice in writing, by mail, email or fax, to cancel and receive a refund minus a $35 service charge. also, to change date, we require at least 7 days notice and that too is a $35 service charge.
Minimum stays are required on certain dates.
